The Shoals partnered with NY7Designs to create a website that showcased their innovative "boatel" concept and the serene beauty of their dockside location. Their previous website lacked the sophistication and functionality needed to communicate their unique offerings, such as accommodations accessible by boat and their local partnerships. We designed a visually striking, user-friendly platform that highlighted the property’s nautical-inspired architecture, guest room details, and private outdoor spaces. Key features included an integrated booking system, a gallery showcasing stunning marina and bay views, and a dedicated section for local collaborations like their oyster program with Little Ram Oyster Company.

Following the redesign, The Shoals saw a 50% increase in online bookings and significant engagement from both guests and locals exploring the hotel as a destination and event space. The website now effectively captures The Shoals' essence, presenting it as a modern retreat that honors its waterfront heritage while providing unmatched hospitality.
